Monica Bess

Monica Bess holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a MBA with a focus on Leadership from Franklin University. She began her PhD in Business Administration with a specialization on Management on January 1, 2008. She has spent the last 15 years working in the Insurance industry in leadership roles and truly considers it her passion. She began teaching as an online instructor four years ago and loves to work with online students.

She was born and raised in Ohio and now lives in a suburb of Columbus. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. They spend many weekends going to amusement parks and sharing quality time together.
